Meet Josh
I have been teaching fitness across many platforms from health clubs, personal training studios and personal coaching. l am honored to have had the opportunity to work with individuals for over 12 years helping them to surpass their fitness goals while watching their confidence grow and come to appreciate the strength they own. Combining scientific principles along with experience is part of my approach when working with individuals. I always inform clients that "If I cannot explain the purpose behind why we are performing an action then we likely should NOT be doing it.. Not every exercise or routine works for everyone." I have attended over 10,000 sessions between individual and group sessions which all have helped me to develop the skills that I utilize and apply to those I work with. I practice modeling a healthy lifestyle among my friends and family through recreational and competitive running, biking, swimming, triathlon as well as strength training.
