Check these out and happy building!

SQUAT RACK

OPTION 1

<-- This piece of equipment is crucial to tying your home gym area together, my biggest goal was to have the equipment and to save as much space as possible.  This option has worked Fantastic for me as it has the capability to open as well as fold in against the wall.

Works great with pulley system as well as landmine attachment.  The varying heights for barbell placement and J-hooks is convenient for tall or short individuals.

OPTION 2

--> Not looking to piece many parts together separtely to create your own psace, thi option satisfies all components for larger spaces with pulley system included, foot mounts, landmine attachment and optional banded movements.  Truly an all in one piece of equipment.

BENCH

OPTION 1

--> Simple lightweight (~30lbs) ergonomic bench for supine and prone movements which conveniently folds up to save space. Also raises and lowers for decline exercises for additional variation!

OPTION 1

<-- A bit more complex of a bench with higher functional weight capacity for heavier lifts. Being  more durable means less compact so does not fold to smaller size but still has all height ranges necessary for anterior and posterior movements.

WEIGHT PLATES

OPTION 2:

--> Here are identical weighted plates in cast iron.  These are heavy duty for loading up barbells but not the best in heavy impact/ durability.  They will satisfy your need for moving weight but are not as durable over time. NOT recommended for Olympic or Power athletes.

WEIGHT PLATES GALORE!

So many options to choose from!

OPTION 1

<-- This option is the bumper, which will protect your weights and floor from excess wear and impact.  These are all durable and are color coated compared to being black, necessary for heavy impact lifts for olympic and power athletes.

BARBELL

<-- This option is your standard weight bar at 45lbs (20.4Kg) while an Olympic Barbell is a 55lb bar, both of these barbells are 7ft long for mens standards.

Women's barbell sits at 33lb and is shorter at 6.5ft.

Necessary for your critical heavy loaded lifts and functional mobility work under tension.

CORE/ BALANCE EQUPIMENT

--> Same equipment with functional use, somewhat more narrow base.  Cheaper alternative but still incorporates core, balance and will always provide areas to improve!

RESISTANCE BANDS

--> Fabric resistance bands may seem absurd to own when you already have elastic versions but these are superior for isometric and isolation exercises.  The various levels allow more variations and are less likely to break down easily over time and are washable.

BOSU BALL

<--This is your name brand option which features a wide base and plenty of room for firm inflation.  "Both sides Utilized" is the slogan for a reason.

YOGA MAT

<-- Yoga mat or Core mat for getting in some quality stretch or functional core strengthening work!

<-- Here are 5 bands with varying difficulty according to color.

Phenomenal tool for building base core strength and injury preventative exercises.

CARDIO EQUIPMENT

ROWER

OPTION 1

--> One of the BEST options for quick in and out Cardio for those needing some aerobic stimulus but have no desire to commit tons of time- or have busy lives!

Has different modes of resistance for light aerobic work or heavy duty sweat it out brawls for time!

AIRBIKE

--> Another great minimal space occupying piece of equipment which is near the same level of intensity as the rower requiring high activity from legs and arms simultaneously.

Blow away your problems away the faster you pedal!

TREADMILL

<-- If you have space available to house a treadmill this option exceeds expectations as it can sve space by folding up vertically against a wall.  This treadmill offers great variability with speeds up to around 8:00/mi and incline for short but sweet work intervals on non weight training days.

OPTION 2

<-- The go to name for indoor rowers with metrics upon metrics for multiple program settings.  Plenty of pull to push ratio and sturdy through long or short intervals

JUMP ROPE

<-- By far the most classic exercise you can attend!  Take some time to relearn this activity as it is one of those we forget overtime, Life happens!

DUMBELLS

OPTION 2

--> Nordic Track Dumbells were the option l chose due to feeling less bulky but still keeping with having a durable feel, these will have nearly the same weight adjustment range with less tapering towards the outside

OPTION 1

<--Bowflex has a great product here but can be a bit bulky, these can adjust from 7lb up to 52.5lb.  These can remain on the floor or be placed on a stand for easier access

OPTION 3

<-- Not interested in heavy weights but don't want ALL the small weights? This is for YOU!

This option is simple ranging from 5-25lbs and has simple adjustment pins for quick release, Great option for lighter weight users!

MISCELANEOUS

KETTLEBELL

--> Classic equipment piece to have for various activities, these can take up excess space and can be quite expensive when it comes to needing different weights for different activities

TRAP / HEX BAR

OPTION 1

--> Another item I recommend from personal use from my gym, these options differ according to the depth which individuals will be performing lower body exercises with.  Frame is lightweight and is loadable without having to pick up off floor!

TRAP / HEX BAR

MIRRORS

-->What is a gym without being able to appreciate yourself along the journey!  Some vanity is expected when confidence starts to grow with the strength!   For mounting you can use caulk or hanger kits depending on your surface and usage.

LIGHT STRIP

--> Its all about the aesthetics right!  Make your space more YOU so that it is a motivating environment you enjoy visiting and spending time in.  The remote control app controlled feature help for hands free operation.

PULLEY SYSTEM

<-- I highly recommend getting your hands on one of these or something similar if not built into a rack type machine for pulling exercises.  Pulling exercises are ABSOLUTE essential for maintaining even balance across your body. Comes with multiple handles for SO MANY variations!

ADJUSTABLE KETTLEBELL

<-- This is certainly my recommendation for versatility and functionality!  Plates can be a bit tricky to align back in place but having one item that ranges from 10-40lbs offers tremendous savings and saves soooo much space- sometimes Less is MORE!

OPTION 2

<-- This option allows for deeper movements and adds some variation for handling.  This frame is also lightweight at less than typical 45lb at <25lbs for periodized build up

RUBBER FLOORING

<-- This is an absolute MUST for protecting your interior floors no matter what surface type in a weight room.  While there are many options out there I HIGHLY discourage puzzle piece attachment type options for areas using heavy weights, they can affect traction and be risky during certain maneuvers.  Puzzle piece types work great for absorbing impact so long as they are safely connecting and not trip hazards.  1/2- 3/4in thickness is the best type for these, Farm & Supply type stores also has similar products to try before you buy.
